Change the Background Color and Text CMD
By default background color and text in black and white are the CMD. Open the windows of your CMD program, by typing CMD in the RUN column. Or you can access it in the search bar of your Windows All Programs Start by typing CMD well.

To change the Windows CMD Transparent Display
